1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [5-7 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email or phone number you provided.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

Our standard shipping and delivery timelines are as follows. These are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary based on your location and logistics partner.

  • Minimum & Maximum Timelines for Metro Cities: Delivery within [3-5 business days]. (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad).
  • Minimum & Maximum Timelines for Tier II & Tier III Cities: Delivery within [5-8 business days].

Please note: The maximum delivery timeline for any order will be [10 business days]. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, public holidays, or other logistical issues with our courier partners. Amaze Shine is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Partners

5. Damages During Transit

Amaze Shine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
